There are a lot of pros when thinking about working at IBM:
I am very happy because I can't see any cons.

Telephone and in-person interviews. Overall, the interview was technical, all focused on technology. There was a logic test done via the web. Overall, the interview was not very difficult and was very direct, without any beating around the bush.
The interviewer conducted one-on-one interviews, mostly for around half an hour. Prior to that, there were two written rounds. * One for checking analytical skills. * The other for analyzing verbal skills.
After applying, you would be invited to do an online assessment. I finished the online assessment and passed all the test cases. However, I received a rejection email a few days later.
