IBM is a very progressive and encouraging employer with lots of training opportunities in a wide range of technical skills and soft skills.
As of writing, no downsides encountered.
It was a two-part interview. One part was behavioral, lasting 45 minutes. The second part was technical, also 45 minutes. It also included a skills test that went over certain coding practices. This was for a CIC location.
There were two technical rounds and one manager round. The interview was for a Java developer position and assessed communication skills. It was nice and smooth. The interviewer gave enough time to listen.
Overall, it was a great experience. The people who conducted the interview were well prepared and made my time there one to remember. Though I did not receive an offer, it taught me what to do and what not to do next time around.
