Database Administrator (DBA) Intermediate
The selection process was quite simple, as I was already working in another area within the company. That area had lower pay and didn't demand as much technical skill. Therefore, it was more of a conversation within the company itself.

Great process, very easy and simple. Nothing better than this. I will do it again. Two interviews were conducted. Good talk about things related to the database world. Easy to answer, very fast by call.

The process was very fluid, fast, and direct. However, I couldn't speak with the project manager to find out what tools would be used and what the project would be. This wasn't very good, but it wasn't too outrageous. It remains a point of attention
