It was user-friendly and interesting. No conventional hiring process was followed here. Instead, there were five interesting rounds, all of which were elimination rounds. The rounds included cognitive assessment and learning agility, among others.

The process was smooth. There was a qualitative aptitude test and a coding round, after which a game round was held. After clearing that round, an English test was held. On clearing all rounds, the interview was scheduled.

After passing the aptitude test, which mainly consisted of basic quantitative questions, business English, and good logical reasoning questions, my documents were verified. I was then informed about the interview date. Only one round was conducted f
