Hunted down by a recruiter. One phone call during which salary was discussed, then a group interview. The process took around a month. Heard back after a few days. Accepted the offer.

It was difficult at the beginning but easy at the end. The interviewer was very professional and competent. The interview went as usual with other companies; I did not see anything special to complain about.
