No cons so far.
It was a three-stage process. A coding test was done through the HackerRank platform. Shortlisted candidates were then called for another round or coding test. After this round, selected candidates would face a face-to-face interview.
In the first round of interviews, they asked me Java programming questions and different approaches for writing XPath. They also asked how to handle child browser pop-ups in real life.
There would be a round of interview, and expectations for a VP-level person would be to clear the low-level, technical questions. People with lower experience would interview you. Not a very friendly atmosphere to be in.
