The initial call asked about my past experiences and also my resume. Then, the coding challenge allowed programming in either JavaScript or Python. These were basic coding challenge problems. The best way to practice is to use code challenge services
Hardware
Easy and very quick. I will repeat and you should study. There were a lot of technical questions. I was comfortable with that, and I was able to crack it. It seems like everybody is knowledgeable and very keen to hire me.

A professor, who had connections within IBM, recruited me. A division was looking for a software developer intern. I had a phone interview and was hired. The technical questions were very simple (if you know the CLR Algorithm book).
