Good work-life balance and a good work culture.
Don't have any cons noticed for working with IBM for a few months.
When I came to IBM, I started in the apprentice program. It was a great program that allowed me to start my developer career. The interview was very basic and normal. I was only asked about previous Java experience, and that was as technical as it
1 behavioral interview and 1 technical interview. Because I lived more than 50 miles from the office, I was able to do my interview over the phone and via Skype.
There were two interviews, one technical and one behavioral, back to back. Questions were tailored to what you put on your resume. Some of my technical questions were based on object-oriented concepts.
