IBM has a lot of tools that you can use to solve your work problems without third parties. For example, they have their own SQL database, NoSQL database, IBM Cloud, etc.

You get to work with a lot of people from whom you can always learn something.

The IBM Campus in Guadalajara feels like a university. It's not just a big building with elevators and stuff; there are open spaces where you can sit and relax.

They give you free transportation from a number of places to IBM and back to your house if there's a bus route near you.
Growth is not much of their interest.
As long as you can do the job, you're more than enough, even if it should be two or more people working with that.
Outsourcing.
You could leave today, and they're just going to find someone to replace you without even trying to change your mind.
