Lots of experienced and knowledgeable people at IBM. All my mentors were nice and helpful. Good work culture that values work/life balance.
IBM seems to support workers coming back to the office, which can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.
The interview process was pretty standard. It was mostly technical, with questions mainly focusing on data structure concepts. The initial assessment was an online assessment, and within a week, I received a call from a resource person.
They invited me for a HackerRank test. There were two questions, and I think it was for 45 minutes. A rate-limiting-related question was difficult and a little bit confusing for me.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * The first and second rounds were technical, focusing on mainframe skills and project experience detailed in the resume. * The final round was with HR. The entire interview process was completed
