The flexibility they provide: work from home, leaves, unlimited sick leaves, medium work pressure, as well as universal workforce facilities.
The people who get hired here get the worst treatment from the HR department. First of all, they most my profile immediately after my interview. After 20+ follow-ups and visiting the office personally, they collected my documents, and then also no luck with the offer letter.
When I ask them, they say there is no demand, but still, interviews are going on. I don't know why. The HR department is very rude and doesn't know how to treat candidates.
After the second attempt of interview, which I also cleared, but with much effort, I at least got the offer letter. And now I don't have any projects and was stuck here on the bench for 8+ months. Horrible experience.
Please recruit some quality HR. Please stay hiring only if you have projects. No one is interested to be on bench for more than a month.
This is the process for campus placement in bulk. I attended: * 1 aptitude * 1 communication * 2 technical * 1 HR In the technical round, we were asked basic questions on SQL. The HR round was a normal one, focusing on handling pressure and workin
Multiple technical rounds. May not get to the next round even if you solve all questions quickly. Data structures and algorithms coding questions were super easy/one-liners. Most people who got the particular set did not qualify even though the quest
There were three rounds of interviews: two technical and one managerial. In the first round, the interviewers focused majorly on JavaScript. Therefore, fundamentals of JavaScript needed to be well brushed up. The second round was a mix of JavaScript
