Client Solutions Executive
This process was conducted over 2-3 weeks. It commenced with the lead sales partner. After a couple of interviews and phone chats, I had a meeting with the managing partner. All discussions were relaxed and informal.
Software Developer
The first phase of the interview involves completing an online quiz. In the second phase, you will be interviewed by a Senior who will ask you some questions about Java programming and a few other questions on the SQL language.
Cloud Engineer
I had a talk with an offshore HR representative. Afterwards, I had another talk with a (potential) colleague. I did not have a talk to go over the proposal. That was a document sent over email and accessible in IBM's HR portal.
