Micromanaged, too much busy work, too broad of services to cover. Customers were frustrated with technology.
Half of middle management is useless. Cut their ranks in half. Reduce busy work. Gainsight is a joke. Do not make everyone do individual Gainsights; it gave me carpal tunnel in my hands from too much documenting my weekly accomplishments.
