You work with teams of contractors. These are people brought from IBM Romania, from locations with abusive managers in top high management, like Timisoara.
You have tons of responsibility on the project. Any issue raised as a problem regarding what is happening on the team gets blamed on you.
Change the management from top positions to the bottom ones for this location and for Timisoara's as well.
Abusive behavior is not solved or listened to by HR.
Lots of students and people with no experience are employed and left on the project with you, just so in the end you would be accused of bad performance. Many employees are not even online on messaging channels, but you are to blame for any task postponements. You cannot have managers with 20 years of experience in IBM and still ignore the signs. Very abusive and chaotic old management.
Hope to God at least the stakeholders will impose a direction change for IBM's management. The company's HR or even high management are not doing it. There are no training programs, no communication, and too many people are hired with no experience, while slamming the ones actually performing unpaid overtime and carrying the company's projects.
Was given an automated Hirevue interview in which I was asked 4 technical questions to answer verbally and gave 3 short coding challenges. Allowed use of IDE to complete the challenges.
One interview was held remotely with two technical staff and management. The interview was mediocre in difficulty. Questions ranged from technical questions to personality questions. This was for a role of mainframe assembler development and required
I applied online and am getting the coding challenges next week. There are three questions: * One dynamic question * One JSON processing question * One HTML, CSS, and JavaScript question (creating a click event) I finished 70% and received an emai
