A lot of work-life balance, and not much work to do, so not much learning

Pros

IBM supports full work from home, even before COVID-19 came and we had this lockdown.

Full work-life balance.

Don't have to work much if you have a good connection and can speak.

If you are doing 5% and can elaborate your work to seem like the remaining 95%, like solving a one-line issue and then describing it as a roller coaster ride yesterday, you can live here. Or, in reality, you can retire from this company.

Cons

Not much learning, because everyone is more busy completing the Git task status. It's not just talking about what you did with the task; you just update the task, and everything is fine.

Advice to Management

Give the team to those people who actually think from their mind, and not to those who just want to eat biryani all day and just talk big, like writing papers and all.
