Having IBM on the resume.
Slowness of processes at IBM CIC Lille:
Promise of an evaluation after 12 months: Promise not kept, the evaluation took place after 15 months.
Promise to switch to modality 2 with 8 RTT days per year: Promise not kept and without explanation.
Promise of a 10% increase: Promise not kept, 5% after 15 months.
Be prepared to track your activities and recovery days on Excel files.
Good process. Timely response. All are cooperative. Contacted in time. All rounds held within a week. HR is reachable and all are in touch. The panel was good. Skill evaluation is good.
I applied on the IBM website following an internship offer on LinkedIn. I had a phone interview two weeks later. The interview was purely technical. I had questions about C++ programming and data structure manipulation.
HR sourcing by phone On-site HR interview Technical interview by phone with an architect (who clearly indicated a very high level without me seeing any evidence of it during the interview) Then no more feedback... disappearance of the IBM teams!!!
