Dull, Disconnected Leadership Experience
Not as much to be mentioned about.
No connection with leadership.
No connection with the team.
No amenities in the office except for a one-room gym.
Leadership won't take any feedback or even contact you.
For me, it was a very dull experience.
Take anonymous feedback from employees.
Have something like a weekly or monthly connect.
Don't treat clients as gods and employees as slaves.
