It's a big company, with dozens of departments and a well-structured organization. We have easy access to higher-level managers, and they have a genuine behavior of help (even if the necessity to scale questions is more frequent than should be).
IBM allows you to change your career area and stimulates continuous growth, which is nice. Time is flexible in most of the projects, and the managers mind the mental health and family matters.
There's some excess in governance and control policies, and a lot of time is spent in governance tools and calls. The selection process consisted of four distinct rounds: * A written assessment to evaluate basic skills. * A technical interview to test domain knowledge. * A PDM (Project Delivery Manager) round for project-related discussions. * An HR rou
