The recruitment process was online. A timed programming test was conducted. Afterwards, a video interview was recorded where the questions asked had to be answered.

There were two rounds of technical interviews conducted for the post of Data Engineer. Both technical rounds were conducted over the phone at the IBM office. The interviewers were polite and possessed sound subject knowledge.

I interviewed in December 2020. The first round was an online test, which I cleared. I was then called by HR the very next day for the technical round. After clearing the technical round, HR called me on very short notice for the managerial round. It
