Learned a lot, but management is not superb
Team members help each other. I was an intern, so I was given quite a lot of time to learn whatever I needed to get the work done.
The pay was pretty good for an intern.
My manager said he would try if he could get me a part-time offer, but later I found out that he did not try at all.
Sometimes there were tight deadlines for the full-timers, so the quality of the work that they delivered was not that great. Their implementations were not scalable and had many lurking bugs.
