Sometimes the work pressure and timing depends on the projects into which you are placed. If they are hectic projects, people may have to suffer.
To assign the project to an individual based on his/her competency. RCM usually forces an individual to take a project which is not at all within their competency, even though to fulfill the requirements of the project, they put the individuals into it.
