The best point is the flexibility of being able to work from home. Internal opportunities to work in other countries, although your manager here needs to release you so you can compete for the position.
Many processes make basic activities long and time-consuming. Many controls control nothing. One example is the registration of hours worked; there are at least 5 different systems for reporting hours worked.
