It is a good learning experience working with IBM
IBM has a good client base, which gives job security.
The concept of HR management is not good, with the addition of a People Manager concept. Employee data is not centralized. There are a lot of disconnects.
Please change the People Manager concept and have one manager. Please maintain a centralized database for employee profiles, CF, visa status, and etc.
