Work-Life at IBM
Many learning opportunities. Access to numerous technologies and learning platforms. I liked working there, and the experience was good. Being in such a fantastic team helped me build my career and develop effective team collaboration for the future.
Overall a great experience working with the company, except for the lower compensations and pay raises.

It was a good experience, and my first interview. I was quite nervous. The interviewer made the process very comfortable. He was friendly and made it feel like a conversation rather than an interview.
Hardware Engineer
Same as normally.

One round of Technical and one round of Technical and Managerial. The interview went well, with questions ranging from all concepts of Java, J2EE, and Multithreading. The result was given the same day of the interview.
