I appreciate the ability to work from home and the flexibility to choose my hours to work, as long as I get my work done and meet all my deadlines.
There is a big drive to move my work offshore. Management rarely keeps the technical staff informed as to planned direction and timeframe. I witnessed contractors forced into a six-week furlough last year.
Appreciate what the American worker brings to the table. It often appears stock prices drive business decisions.
