- Management was very open to new ideas and proposals.
- Large company means infinite resources.
- People were open and friendly.
- Red tape and bureaucracy.
- Experience largely depends on the team and the work.
- If you were content with a job, it could be detrimental to future career prospects; you have to remain proactive and search for more fulfilling work.
Keep up the feeling of innovation and trying new things.
Be more transparent about the job during the interview process.
Recruit candidates earlier and make interviews tougher.
