There was a mixture of technical and behavioral questions.
The topics covered included:
- Unix
- Agile programming
- Java vs. C
- DB2
- Etc.
Questions were also asked pertaining to teamwork and project management.
Many questions were asked about my resume, going over every single detail possible.

Pros: - Management was very open to new ideas and proposals.
- Large company means infinite resources.
- People were open and friendly.
Cons: - Red tape and bureaucracy.
- Experience largely depends on the team and the work.
- If you were content with a job, it could be detrimental to future career prospects; you have to remain proactive and search for more fulfilling work.
