Java Developer
It begins with an interview with a member of human resources. This is followed by a technical interview with an IBM collaborator. Once an offer is made, IBM sends your application to their teams.
Software Engineer
The process started with a phone call of approximately 30 minutes. Next, two technical tests were required: a written one and an oral one. Following these technical tests, an HR interview took place in approximately 30 minutes.
