The process is very simple and basic. It involves one technical and one HR round. Mostly, questions are based on your experience and skills. Domain knowledge is most important. Additional skills are welcome for the position.
Applications Developer
The interview process was good. The first round was Aptitude. The second round was a Technical Round, with questions related to Java, SQL, and Linux. Most of the questions were asked from the resume.
Software Developer
The questions were easy on the logical part, but the HireVue test is more than that. HireVue asks you to parse your input a lot. I think it is the only test that this service provider is interested in. Not only for IBM but whichever company uses this
