Pros

Flexible timings. Ocean of opportunities. You can file patents. You will get mentors. Free certifications. Free tea and coffee. You can become an IBM club member. You can be a good coder and can participate in international level competitions. Want to work in the latest technology? Yes, they are ready to give you that opportunity also. But always remember, nothing can be possible within a year or a month. What I feel: get into the system, do regular activities, and find your interest, then approach it in the proper way.

Cons

Salary is not up to the mark. Sometimes, due to project pressure, you cannot grow your skill sets. It's an ocean, so getting promotions and coming to the limelight is very difficult.

Advice to Management

In some projects, you will find managers are very close to their employees. In other projects, they don't even talk to their reportees properly. If they bring in a young manager who can handle both lead and managerial work, then I feel it will positively impact delivery in any project.
