- Giving us the freedom to try new things and juggle our ideas with previous ideas.
- Sense of belonging within the group we are a part of.
- Allows you to give back not just to IBM, but to the community as well, with lots of different events that are planned and sudden.
- More training, possibly.
- Allow us to try, and maybe give us a better understanding of what aspect we're working on.
Not much, as I feel it changes per group and team you are on.
