Very little hike. Little salary compared to other MNCs. Hike structure and bonus money structure is unclear. Very little scope of getting leaves.
The process of providing ratings should be improved. Factors which depend on giving promotions and salary hikes should be well explained and clarified to the employees.

A walk-in interview drive was going on. Kolkata was the location for this walk-in drive. The job location was for anywhere in India. The arrangement was very, very good.
Senior Software Engineer
