SWE
Only live interviews (2021) were part of an assessment centre, which included group and individual activities. The interviewers were very easy to get along with, and the process was smooth with very prompt feedback.
Software Developer Apprenticeship
I got to the assessment centre stage and waited 4 months for an invite. Then, I was told that I am no longer being considered. It was not my fault, as they had already filled all of the available roles for this year.
Software Engineer
The interview was with a recruiter. On the call, they asked some technical questions, but it was mostly regarding my resume and previous experience. If you have certifications, they stand out, as that was something mentioned. Highly recommend doing
