The process was quite fast. I applied online and got a phone interview. However, it was really short as they did not sponsor visas. I took a day off to prepare for the interview. They should have added the no-sponsor part in the job description.

The process was long-winded, and there were no lead times on communications. They went via the interactive games route rather than the standard IQ test, which is different from most companies these days.
