Software Developer
I was scheduled for the interview and waited in the lobby the whole time. However, nobody let me in for the interview at all. This is very unprofessional, and I did not expect this behavior from IBM.
Java Developer
Easy, normal interview. Linux, AS/400, C++ and Java questions. Interviewed by developer, team leader and manager. Phone interview, exercises on a board onsite, technical questions in general, questions about old jobs and work.
Software Engineer
The interview process is good. It includes a technical round and an HR round. It is a very good process to conduct interviews at IBM. Everything is communicated beforehand. If your skill set matches, then only it will proceed to the next level.
