Great quality internal training, for free.
Unfortunately, politics speaks louder. I've never worked in a company where the influence of cliques was so great in day-to-day operations. People act unethically and immorally and find it normal.
I feel that some people who reached higher positions after waiting years in line feel threatened by younger people and do everything they can to prevent these people from standing out.
Time to "walk the walk" and not just "talk the talk".
