Management is really awful. The CEO does not appear to have a plan, and the company has seen declining revenues for 5 years. For the past 10 years, IBM management has been ruthlessly laying people off, particularly older employees. There is a deeply ingrained culture of fear here. It's not a happy place to work at all.
