Engineer
Interviewed as part of their campus recruiting process. Questions were straightforward. They were looking for both summer interns and permanent employees, and they were interviewing for a number of different possible positions.

The interview was good. I joined IBM India in 2007. I was in Bangalore. I learned a lot at IBM during my tenure there. I worked in storage and service management during that time. I learned different aspects of technology.

There were multiple rounds to judge the candidate's skill set. The rounds comprised of aptitude, English speaking, and technical skills, such as programming languages, Linux, and other skills based on your applied interest or profile.
