IBM

The process was very smooth. The people were very nice and reasonable. There were six engineers asking questions. The ending statement was delivered by the hiring manager. He explained why IBM is the best workplace to develop one's career path.

Had three rounds of various interviews. It was done in 2 days. Participated in a pooled campus. More than 1000 participants were present. First day consisted of entry-level screening. Second day included technical and HR interviews.

Pretty easy questions, not very tough. Campus placements in India. I am not sure about US off-campus job interviews. Technical is tough, but HR is a breeze.
