Great Training, Shifting Projects
Good opportunity for new graduates looking for experience. A lot of training is provided, such as Java courses.
Projects can change from Java projects to Big Data and totally be something completely different than what you were hired for. No complaining for me though, since it gave me good experience.
There are many different projects going on at any time, and it would be helpful if employers were considered for projects they might be interested in.
