Good team, nice work environment.
Not too much growth opportunity. Old company culture.
During my interview at IBM, I was mostly asked technical questions around React, Redux, and their implementations. There was no coding involved. The interview process was very smooth with very generous and humble seniors, who were very leniently ask
The interview process was really quick and smooth. I had an online assessment, a technical round, and then a managerial round. My rounds were scheduled within a week, and the HR was very helpful and responsive.
I was sent a link online to HackerRank for the technical questions. The time limit was 4 hours, which felt like plenty of time. It stated that most people finish in 60-105 minutes. There were 3 technical questions and 1 survey question.
