Delivery managers and PMs consider themselves as bosses. Team members are not considered as team members, but rather as workers who solely work for them, not for the organization. This creates a toxic environment.
You are expected to work throughout the day and night. You may get calls at 2:00 AM and are expected to answer.
Higher management should keep a check on these so-called PMs and delivery managers.
