Decent job experience and pay for the location
Name still carries some weight. Mid-end of intern pay in GTA. My team was building a new product, so I got experience with the latest tech.
Got a full-time offer at the end of the internship.
Lots of sucking up to seniors. Promotion is based on sucking up to management more than other companies. Overtime is required for promotion. The organization is old and slow. Upper management is arrogant and insincere.
Fire literally everybody and start fresh.
