Flexible work time in IBM-ISL
Lots of micromanagement.
Appraisal ratings are hugely dependent on the feedback of a few senior technical folks. If you have a good relationship with them, then you are in the green.
Fired a lot of good people a couple of years back just to please some stockholders.
No honest compensation revisions. Employees who, instead of doing honest work, spend much of their time buttering up senior folks, claiming others' work as theirs', and conducting meetings just to show off, are the ones that get good appraisal ratings.
One of the basic responsibilities of the management is to recognize employees and the work done by them. Please stop saying that it is the employees' responsibility to present their work to the management in order to get appreciation, promotions, and compensation hikes.
1st round: Written on paper - Core Java 2nd round: F2F - All in resume 3rd round: Managerial round. Didn't go well here. The panel seemed to be finding a reason to reject. I asked for a 40% hike, and they just treated me horribly. I did not clear
I applied online and was contacted by HR the next day to schedule an interview. You need to wait outside the building until an HR representative comes out to escort you inside. I tried reaching HR multiple times by phone but was unsuccessful for almo
There were two technical interview rounds. The technical questions were neither simple nor too complex. Both interviews were conducted via video conference, followed by an HR round.
