He asked me about my experience in software development, team lead, management of conflicts, and skills in different programming languages. After that, they gave me a psychological test to complete.
Software Developer
The coding challenge was moderately easy, with 6 behavioral questions and 3 coding questions. I got a reject after that. I prepared the questions from Glassdoor; mostly all of them were on Glassdoor.
Backend Engineer
You will be given a Trait Based Assessment and an Online Assessment. The Trait Based Assessment takes about 25 minutes and is not about coding or any technical skills. I did not receive the Online Assessment.
