- Projects are challenging and you will learn a lot of technologies.
- The company offers you a lot of learning materials that will help you grow.
Cons: - Micromanagement.
- A lot of politics inside the company; everyone is just looking to get to a higher role.
- Roles are mostly determined by politics, not necessarily by skills.
- Pay is not as competitive.
- Little growth opportunities.
- Leadership decisions.
- Constant lay-offs.
- Work-life balance; sometimes one person maintains more than one project.
