Outstanding I/C technology.
Excellent co-workers, great cooperation within small groups. However, bad apples in other groups make meaningful collaboration simply impossible.
Extremely poor, politically motivated conflicts within middle management. Top-heavy management structure. Old boys' club.
Lower ranks (worker bees) are understaffed and severely overextended.
Thin down upper management ranks and reorganize.
