Work on big projects from scratch.
Most teams work remotely.
Average salaries may get into a dead project to support.
It was a good experience overall. I was asked multiple questions on the project and also about my overall experience with the tools and languages I have worked on. So, I would suggest brushing up on Java basics and also on integration patterns.
I had a brief interview with the hiring manager. I was then told that I don't live in an eligible location and would have to move. The job listing was in my current location, but that was apparently wrong.
The interview process includes: * IQ Exam * English Test * Technical Exam (mostly for Java/C++) * Interview with 3 technical persons * Manager Interview * HR Interview
