Great Team, Smart People
Smart people, very diverse company, good team environment. Competitive pay and benefits. Was able to work on a real product and help out.
Some people can be a bit snobbish. Mostly, this is young people who think they are in a better department than you, but this is very limited.
In regards to the Agile movement:
The work environment here is pretty great right now, but I've heard it was better before.
The direction it's headed is certainly not being welcomed, from what I've heard.
