Incredibly bureaucratic. Very.

Pros

The company has several high-quality benefits, such as the Bradesco TOP health plan, which only deducts when used and the maximum discount amount is R$520.00. The dental plan is also Bradesco TOP.

Cons

Everything starts before hiring. HR is a true funnel, and after your people manager gives the OK, it usually takes 2 months for your first day of work.

Your evaluation is done as superficially as possible. Furthermore, the manager is tasked with giving the lowest score to someone (even if the person wasn't bad) and must also give the highest score to someone. In the vast majority of cases, they can only give the highest score to one person.

Your evaluation influences your salary adjustment (hello?), which should be based on the previous year's inflation. It also influences your PLR (Profit Sharing). With that, pray you're not the one chosen for the minimum evaluation.

It's practically impossible to be promoted or get a raise, and you also can't receive too much, otherwise you'll be on HR's radar to be fired (regardless of your evaluation).

All processes are bureaucratic and archaic, it seems the company is stuck in time. Systems to account for your normal hours are 3. If you worked overtime, there are 5. If, by chance, you didn't log your overtime by a deadline, these systems increase to 7. You end up having no personal life, as you go from one overtime to another.

Advice to Management

Somos PESSOAS.
